My name is Zen Fernandez, and I am a junior at Texas State University and I am a Digital Media Innovations major with a minor in Computer Science. This website is a digital journal that’ll showcase my assignments for my Web Design class, basic info about me including my interests, music I like, and epic pictures and videos of my pets. I’m super excited for this class because I’m interested in the whole process of designing user friendly web pages that look aesthetically pleasing. For this class, I want to learn how to:
I've always been intersted in coding, and my first exposure to it was through HTML and CSS when I did a couple of courses of Code Academy in middle school. I learned all the basic stuff and I made a couple of silly little websites (I never published them or put them online because I didn't know how to buy a domain). I stopped for a while because I got bored until I took my FDOM class at Texas State University. I relearned all the basics and I started like Web Design again!!!
Because I paid the $50 to keep this page up, I'm going to update this website as much as I can. I don't know what this page is going to look like next January, but I hope it looks significantly better and has some sick ass functionality with buttons, scrollers, and other random interactive media. Though, first this is going to be a holder for all of the projects for my Web Design class, so I'm going to wait a bit. After the semester, I'm going to be adding soooo many random, cool, silly little things
